1.⁠ ⁠How do i book a session ?

Visit my website and fill in a contact form and ill get back to you with my availability as soon as possible, have some basic details and an idea of your preferred style to hand ready..

2.⁠ When is payment due ? and is there a deposit required?

I use a deposit/reservation fee to secure dates in my diary, this is usally £50 and the remaining is due 2 weeks before the session takes place.

3. What is the cancellation policy ?

Cancellations are made 48 hours before the session is due to start, if made within that time then usually the reservation fee can be transfered, if the session is completely cancelled in this time, the deposit is non-returnable.

4. How long is the session ?

Depending on what package you book, this can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours of my time. This session fee also covered editing time and costs.

5. What is included in the price of the session?

The service includes travel, the session time with me and the editing time. I will aldo follow up with a link to your online gallery where you can download and purchase digital copies or prints.

6.⁠ ⁠*Where will the shoot take place and what’s the backup plan?

We will orhainise and plan a location that is appropriate for your style or shoot, this will be outdoors or under cover in public locations. Usually around the Liverpool, Chester or Manchester areas. If the weather becomes a problem we will re-schedule.

7.⁠ ⁠How can the photos be used ?

You will have full use of the photos, this wlill include sharing, downloading or printing. Editing my photos and then sharing is to be done with my permission only.

8.⁠ ⁠What do I wear to the session and is there anything I need to bring ?

We will both agree on what might be best for you to wear on the day according to the approach od the session, all you need to bring is the basics i.e. Drink, change of clothes, makeup if touch ups are require and any extra accessories you may like to include.

9. What retouching is included ?

Editing includes basic adjustments, my own preset and removal of unwanted signs or items that clutter the image. Any extra skin smoothing or extreme editing of the background may be charged as an extra.

10. How long does it take for my edits to arrive ?

I aim to deliver your images within 2-3 weeks after the session. Although the full gallery is usually delivered much sooner.
